Our Ice Time: 3:00 PM - 3:50 PM
What to expect:
1 mini game (20 minutes)
2 fun skills stations (10 minutes each)
Off-ice fun: games, crafts, music, and team photos
Medals + snacks for all players 
Important reminders:
Players should arrive already dressed (just skates to tie)
Please arrive early and be ready 10 minutes before ice time
Full ringette equipment required
Dressing rooms are limited (1 parent per player
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Dear Coaches, Managers and Parents,
We are expecting 18 teams made up of close to 200 FUN1 players at this year’s FunFest!
Fun 2 players will be on the adjacent ice surface. To make the day go smoothly, please review
thefollowing and share with your players and parents. All teams must have two certified
coaches/on-ice helpers. One should be on the ice, and one should be on the bench.
Registration
? Teams must check in upon arrival at the registration desk in the lobby.
? Medals and snacks will be given to the coach or manager during registration.
Dressing Rooms
? FUN1 players should arrive at the arena already dressed.
? Dressing rooms will be shared by two teams at once and are only for tying skates and
storing bags while on the ice.
? When your player has finished their ice time, please remove the bags quickly so that
other teams can use the room.
? The dressing room number assigned to your team will be confirmed at the registration desk.
? Due to limited space in the dressing room only one parent per player (or less) in the dressing
rooms. Please - No siblings, strollers, etc.
On-Ice Related
? Players must have proper Ringette equipment, including ringette masks. Players with
hockey masks, cut-off hockey sticks, etc. will not be allowed on the ice.
*** IF You need help sourcing this let Coach Kass or Luke know so we can try to help locate the missing pieces. ***
? Teams must be ready to get on the ice five minutes before their ice time.
? Each team will play one mini ringette game, width wise 20 minutes in length, and will take part
in two fun skills challenge station while on the ice. Our on-ice volunteers will have portable signs
to make it easier to guide your team to their assigned position on the ice.
? Coaches: please have one coach on the ice, following your team, to encourage your players
and to remind them of rules and direction of play.
Off-Ice Related
? The activities in the party room upstairs will begin at noon and end at 3:30pm. There will be
coloring, crafts, games, and music.
? Snacks: each team will be given snacks for all the players for after their game. Additional food
and drink items can be purchased in the hall arena canteen.
? Pictures: there will be an area in the party room where teams can assemble so coaches can
distribute the medals and take a team picture.
? Please tell the parents of your team to keep hallways clear and to put equipment bags not
being used in the car after their player’s games are done.
